Rejuvenate your Heart & Soul

Hi, my name is Tracey, I am the owner of Heart and Soul Relaxation. I started my business in June 2023. I wanted to facilitate and support people to access the wonderful world of healing.

I love collecting crystals as well as being beautiful, I love the spiritual meaning and how they can protect the owner. I use crystals in most of my classes & sessions. When purchasing a new crystal, I enjoying reading and learning about it’s special meaning.

Each crystal has a unique connection between you and your needs, these are chosen by myself after your first Reiki session. I  will use your energy as guide to help pick the right one, just for you. 

I love spending time and effort with clients, finding them exactly what they need, teaching them how best to use the toolkit. Everyone is travelling on their own life path, and if I can in any way make the road slightly less bumpy for you, then my job is done. 

My family is everything to me and a fundamental part of my business. I have the most supportive husband and 2 wonderful children who help me in every way. I should also add in my wonderful friends and people that I have met and helped me with my journey.

Working from home, I am able to offer to offer a day and time that is suitable for both my clients and myself .

I open my door and invite you into our healing home. The sessions are provided in a private, quiet space.
